Inspired Testing is excited to announce the launch of the Guild, its internal expertise-sharing platform. With more than 150 subject matter experts (SME), Inspired Testing possesses a wealth of software testing knowledge. The Guild serves as a platform to share this knowledge while simultaneously establishing an internal knowledge base.

“Our team members find the mentorship that’s available to them through The Guild invaluable,” commented Training Manager Louise Gilbert. “The easy access to experts in the field helps people to work through obstacles when they come across technical difficulties.”

Serving as an expert on the Guild is voluntary and aims to help consultants with their project engagements, from basic clarifications on day-to-day work to major coding issues or stakeholder management guidance.

“The Guild aims to holistically develop our test intelligence at Inspired Testing and also serves as an opportunity for our more senior and experienced team members when they serve as Guild Experts,” explains Jehan Coetzee, Head of Consulting and Architecture. “They make a personal contribution to the development and continuous learning of fellow testers and form part of Inspired Testing’s thought leadership and direction. These skills greatly benefit their own skill set and career.”
