Leon started as a Test Consultant at Inspired Testing and has been serving in an Executive role since 2019, including that of Chief Delivery Officer and now Chief Technology Officer.

Leon spent 10 years as a Director at a software testing firm in London, UK before returning to South Africa. He has a keen eye for detail with quality always front of mind and has filled various test management and test lead roles during his decades-long career, particularly within the Retail Technology industry.

Leon is a certified Scrum Master and holds an Advanced Business certification from the Stellenbosch Business School, as well as an Advanced Level ISTQB certification.
