Refund Policy
In the event a client has overpaid, we will need to action a refund to repay the funds to the client.
The following process is put in place to ensure all necessary checks has been done.
- The client is to send us the proof of payment relating to the funds needed to be refunded, if it has not previously been sent
- The refund consent form is to be completed
- The client is to send us their bank confirmation letter for the bank account in which they would like the funds to be refunded into
- Once the necessary documents have been received from the client, finance is to confirm the funds reflected in the bank account and agree it to the proof of payment received
- The finance manager is to sign the refund consent form after reviewing the information received, and thereafter the Chief Operating Officer
- Once the signed document is received back from the Chief Operating Officer, the action to process the refund will be sent to the accounts payable department
- Refunds will be paid out within 7-10 working days
