Rishen Moodley is a Principal Consultant with global software testing company Inspired Testing. He recently relocated with the company to the UK, where he took over as Head of Specialised Services. Inspired Testing, a Dynamic Technologies group company, helped facilitate Rishen’s move as part of their ongoing commitment to helping their employees advance and grow, while also ensuring their international clients continue to receive top-quality services from their outstanding tech talent.

Dylan Luis is a Senior Performance Test Engineer at Inspired Testing, a Dynamic Technologies group company. As a test engineer his job is to design test solutions for client software, helping provide quality assurance. He says, “I’ve always had an interest in IT but was unsure if I wanted to pursue it. I enrolled in Inspired Testing’s internship programme and as soon as I got started, I knew this was the career for me.”

Irshaad Samaai is a Senior Software Performance Test Analyst at Inspired Testing, a Dynamic Technologies group company. Irshaad was one of two people that Inspired Testing sent to the UK to work on a project for a London-based client. Irshaad is responsible for developing and executing formal Software Performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. He is involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, performance test execution, and the analysis of performance test results. This skillset, and his previous remote work experience on UK-based projects, made him a natural choice for the posting.

Merinda Allam, Software Quality Engineer at Inspired Testing, harnessed determination and a positive attitude to help her overcome adversities she has faced since childhood, and now those strengths are intrinsic to her approach to life.

Milesh Jivan, Software Automation Engineer currently contracted out to Nedbank through Dynamic Technologies’ group company Inspired Testing, has achieved many milestones in the 4 years since he finished his internship. He believes that nothing of value comes easily and will keep at something until he gets it right. Inspired Testing recognized the potential in this quirky young man ever since his first interview, and through the company’s culture of investing in people, Milesh’s growth was fast-tracked exponentially.

If you have ever thought that making a cup of tea was pretty straightforward, then think again! Because Ricardo Chame, Test Analyst for Inspired Testing, obviously makes tea far better than the average tea maker or, for that matter, the average test team administrator.

At 21 years of age, Storm Brown is one of the youngest Test Leads at Inspired Testing. He lives and works by the principle that you are what you make of yourself: “Never let your past circumstances define you – where you are from, how you grew up or what you have gone through – do not let that constrain you.”

“Don’t stress!” This is the advice Inspired Testing’s Delivery Manager: Automation Testing, Tiaan Knoetzen, has for young people who are still finding their way in their career; or are not sure which career path to follow after school: “I only discovered my talents and interests quite a few years after I finished studying and after I joined the internship programme at Inspired Testing.” He adds that it is also very important to speak to someone who has experience in the field you are interested in, and to find out more information: “I knew I wanted to study, but didn’t know what – and I didn’t know all the options available.”
