Global software testing company Inspired Testing has today launched a new service designed to match their client’s testing resource requirements at a fraction of the cost of traditional recruitment.


Modelled on the same process Inspired Testing uses to hire its own professional testing staff, Permanent Placements as a business will function like a matchmaking service for Inspired Testing’s clients in South Africa and the UK.


“Inspired Testing is a professional software testing company, we’re not recruiters and we’re not starting our own recruitment agency,” says Greg Naidoo, Head of Talent Acquisition at Inspired Testing.


“Having said that, we’re about to disrupt the traditional IT recruitment market because we’re in a unique position to use the proven recruitment skills we have developed for our own business and make them available exclusively to our clients at a much lower cost than they would have otherwise paid,” says Naidoo.
